Harry Potter or Church of England?

Church of England amends proposals for women as bishops appear to be like something out of Harry Potter.
Some see only men ordained by male bishops as truly ordained (true bloods in Harry Potter) and men ordained by female bishops are not to be as highly regarded (mud bloods in Harry Potter, a derogatory term).
They got into this mess with a fudge. I am saddened to see attempts to further the fudge.
The real question then appears to be: Who would make the best Archbishop of Canterbury? Dumbledore (male, wise and good), McGonagall (female, wise and good) or Snape (ah!)?
Galatians 3: 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
